this shirt has popped up everywhere. i've seen dozens of people [mostly guatemalans] wearing it. several restaurants have even made it the server's uniform shirt. so, yes, this is how the world views our president.
the translation is 'donald is a fool'.
My jobsite spanish doesn't just translate as fool.
