the power goes out from time to time - mostly when it rains but some times it's just a scheduled outage. so from time to time i get a reminder of the limited infrastructure here and get a candlelight dinner.that's wine, cheese and some dijon mustard that i found on a trip to Dar. it's wierd to bring groceries from another city or country but the little things seem so luxurious. i mean i'm talking about mustard!
